Birth Doula Services
Initial interview by phone or in person, at 20 - 24 weeks pregnant, 
Two pre-natal meetings:
- Development of birth plan
- Discussion of labor techniques
- Practicing positions
- Becoming familiar with each other
- Pre-natal education and support
- Primary care/alternative practitioner referrals
Round-the-clock contact by phone and email,
Back up doula scheduled as needed,
Full labor support at home and hospital:
- Physical support
- Emotional support
- Comfort measures
- Partner support
- Support to advocate for yourself
- Education on normal progression of labor and medical interventions
- Photography
- Crowd Control
Immediate breastfeeding support,
Post-natal visit and contact after the birth.
Fee: $600.00**
A $200 non-refundable deposit is due at first meeting to reserve your due date on my calender and the remaining $400 is due two weeks before your due date.
**To provide services to anyone needing a doula, individual pricing options are available on a sliding scale.
